This peacock green Gadwal saree, handwoven in Telangana, brings delicate Zari Buti scattered across the fabric, catching the light with every fold. Pure silk gives the drape its natural weight and lustre, and the rich peacock green base adds a bold, festive presence that suits weddings and special occasions. Telangana’s weavers craft Gadwal sarees with a technique unique to the region, weaving cotton bodies with silk borders or, in richer variants like this one, full silk that carries the same precision and heritage. The Zari Buti work adds sparkle and detail to the peacock green canvas, striking a balance between traditional grandeur and everyday elegance. The saree carries the Silk Mark for genuine pure silk, and it comes with a matching blouse piece, ready for you to wear.
