Return Policy:

  • The product must be couriered by the customer at their own cost. Once dispatched, the tracking details must be shared with us.
  • A quality check will be conducted to ensure the product is in proper condition before issuing a refund, credit note, or exchange.
  • All online purchases must be returned via courier partners – in-store exchanges are not available.
  • The product should be returned in a well-packed box to avoid damage in transit also in its original condition without any damage or any other kind of tampering.

Cancellation Policy:

For all defective / damaged product returns, we require a clear video of the product in its original condition, showing all parts, tags, and packaging. This video helps us verify any defects, damages, or missing items and ensures a seamless return process.

Exchange / Refund Policy:

  • For domestic orders, exchanges are accepted only if the product is unused and undamaged.
  • Customized products (e.g., fall & pico addition, pre-stitched sarees) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
